It might be the case that you are going to do some more professional photography. In this case it is useful to have a contract telling you and your model what you can and can’t with the photos. These contracts are so called “model release forms”. Yuri Arcurs was kind enough to share some example contracts which can be found on his website.

This weekend I tried to autoupdate my blog to WordPress 2.8. This failed for some still unknown reason. Since this fail I was stuck with the following message in my admin page: “An automated WordPress update has failed to complete”.
I decided to update WordPress manually but the message kept in place. It turned out that I needed to remove a file called “.maintenance” from the website root directory. Finally the message disappeared 
Since I bought a brand new midi keyboard (for those interested it is a M-Audio keystation 61es) I wanted to play some sheet music. For some sheet music you need to pay, but this website offers a couple for free. Happy playing!
